Question: Hi,
Although I do not smoke or drink, my dietary habits are normal and try to work out twicw a week, the quality of my hair is getting worse. I used to have good thick and shiny hair. But with the time they are getting thinner. Though I do not have any patch. But I want to take immediate action. I have read everything from Vitamins intake to iron, zinc, water and etc. but still can't see improvements. Please guide.

Brief Answer:
Minoxidil

Detailed Answer:
this hair loss sounds typically like a male pattern baldness.
you can start using minoxidil solution for the same.
2 ml twice a day oN dry scalp often helps.
Percentage has to be gradually increased once every 3 to 4 months if effect is there but not upto the desired level.
Best of luck.
