Brief Answer:
Management of hand eczema

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for being at HealthcareMagic.

I have gone through your complaints and it seems you are having hand eczema.
If I was your treating doctor I would recommend you to apply potent topical steroid like clobetasol propionate cream on the affected areas of the hand twice daily along with frequent and liberal application of a moisturising cream containing white soft paraffin on my entire hands 3-4 times in a day for 3-4 weeks.
For itching take antihistaminic like tablet levocetrizine 5 mg once or twice daily depending on the intensity of itching.
Steroidal preparations are prescription drugs and you need to see the doctor in person to get them.
Since hand eczema is a chronic disease and it has chances of recurrence.
The best way to avoid recurrences is to keep your hands moisturised and stay away from chemicals.
Avoid frequent washing of hands, apply coconut oil every time you wash your hands, use mild soaps, wear gloves while washing clothes and utensils.

This will help in resolving your problem.

Dr Asmeet
