Question: Hi, i am facing a problem with my testicles. My testicles are always hanging position,
i am not feeling comfort, very uneasy. I am married and my wife is asking what is the problem,
i am not able to answer. Now a days my pennis is also not erecting properly, i am not able to enjoy
my sex life as earlier, can u please tell me what is the reason for not erecting of pennis.

The hanging of testes is a normal mechanism for the testes to maintain the temperature. You don't need to worry about it. As for failure of the erecting , it is possible during to your worries regarding the testes. any tension and stress will affect the erection.
Still , I suggest testing a spermatogenesis count and testosterone levels just to be on safer side.
