Suggest Treatment For Hard Bruise On Leg Caused After An Accidental Fall
Question: I am a 61 yr old female with numerous health issues but what I'm contacting you tonight is I took a hard very hard fall Wednesday afternoon and really really bruised up my body bad but my right leg thigh inside bruised real bad a hard lump is evident along with serious bruising and I'm having pains shooting up and down that right leg left calf of the affected leg it appears like some veins have been broken; should I seek medical attention to this

What about the what appears to be broken or blown vien shooting pains i am experiencing on that injured leg; is it too late for ice bags

Those are superficial veins which have broken druing trauma. You continue icing. This will reduce inflammation and also bleeding and pain.
The serratiopeptidase and anti inflammatory drugs will slowly heal the broken veins and slowly skin will become normal with some scar.
