Question : Hello. I have a hard bump in middel of my back. sometimes when i squeeze some white comes out , but i can't squeeze it all out. what is this? it is winless.

the cyst is skin color. it is hard and painless. i tried to squeeze is now but nothing comes out. shall I go to a dermatologist?
