Suggest Treatment For Hard Lump In Foreskin

Question: Hello! I have a hard substance in my foreskin! It started off as a white folicle size little lump within my foreskin toward the top! I thought it was a spot that did not come through the skin so i squeezed it till it popped through thr skin! However i seem yo have done more damage!! After the break in the skin healed and some swelling went down i was left with a noticeable oddly shaped lump in its place! Its not round or pea shapped! Depending on what way i squeeze it it can sometimes feel flat or sometimes like a hard vein about 1cm long and i can bend it slightly also!! But remains hard and will not soften!! I have attached a pictur below to which i hope u can see what im talking about!! Its very worrying and would like to know do i need surgury or can i take something for it?? The lump just about my thumb pleasr help

I have gone through your problem and also seen the uploaded pictures.

I am of the opinion that you have an infected sebaceous cyst.

A sebaceous cyst is a closed sac under the skin filled with a cheese-like or oily material. It is infected or inflammed because it shows the skin redness (sore skin), white spots (pustules). Hardness is due to accumulation of infected cheesy material which can be foul smelling.

So, you are advised to visit a surgeon for evaluation, since the the swelling is hard (indurated) the cyst has to be drained by a surgical incision.
