Brief Answer:
Clavus

Detailed Answer:
Hi and welcome to HCM.

This is so called clavus and happens when there is prolonged irritation of foot due to inappropriate shoes or injury. This is actually round thickening of skin with small hole in the middle that moves deeper into subcutaneous tissue.

Treatment may include certain dressings, cream but most efficient would be surgical excision of the clavus which requires 1-2 week of recovery but provides permanent solution.

Let me know if there's any further queries.

Wish you good health.
Regards
