Brief Answer:
Probably an anal fissure!
Detailed Answer:
HI,
The hard stools probably caused a fissure(wound) in the anal area. This explains the pain and the blood on tissue paper. To address this:
1. Increase vegetables, fruits, fibre, fluids, etc intake. Exercise often as much as possible.
2.Soaking in warm water for 10 to 20 minutes several times a day, especially after bowel movements, can help relax the sphincter and promote healing.
3. Topical anesthetic creams such as lidocaine hydrochloride (Xylocaine) should be applied and are helpful for pain relief.
Report progress to me. I wish you a speedy recovery.

Brief Answer:
NO!
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Colon cancer at you age is unlikely. It will not also present with pain in the anal area during defecation. It rather goes with alternating episodes of constipation and diarrhea with blood mixed stools.
I wish you well. Keep me posted and for sure this is NOT colon cancer or even least suggestive.

Brief Answer:
This si constipation which now caused the anal fissure!
Detailed Answer:
HI,
The hard stools is the reason why you have anal fissures because hard stools can easily injure the fragile peri-anal area. Increase your fiber intake, fruits, fluids and regular exercise to improve on this. avoid processed and fast foods.
I wish you well.
