Brief Answer:
Infection involving bone and nerve, antibioma, stop antibiotics

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for your query. I have gone through your query.
As far as the swelling is concerned, I have two possibilities.
It can be because of the remnant infection from the gums or it can be a antibioma that results from taking antibiotics for long time. So you need to stop taking the antibotics. You need to get a radiograph done to confirm the diagnosis.
Regarding the numbness, it can be because of the involvement of the nerve secondary to spread of infection involving the bone and nerve.
So nothing to be panic, consult a oral physician and get it evaluated. Mean while you can take nerve regenerating drugs like vitamin B6 and B12.
Once the diagnosis is confirmed, later it can be treated accordingly.
I hope i have answered your query. If any queries are there reply me back. Take care.
