Suggest Treatment For Head Congestion And Plugged Sensation In The Ears
Question: Hi been having a problem with head congestion and ears plugged up have been to Dr with a course of predizone and also some swelling under arm pit . Does not seem to be enlarge lymph nodes that you can feel .have had ultra sound of area showed nothing unusual. One lymph node just slightly enlarged Dr said thought it was a virus. Gave me a course of cipro. No still have some fluid under arm pit in rib area and ears that can't not get rid of dizziness any thoughts.

I read your question and i understand your concern. Dizziness with ears plugged and congestion symptoms and no active lymphadenopathy being trated with prednisolone and antibiotic of ciprofloxacin indicates your doctor was suspecting soem inflammation and infection. Above mentioned symptoms need to be evaluated for any ear wax or blockage of external ear, middle ear infections, eustachian tube , sinus congestion and inflammation blocks and vestibular and auditory functions tests too as dizziness could be due to many causes and need to be evaluated for the one here with some tests and labs.
Meanwhile continue antibiotic, take some antivert for dizziness and use support while walking or standing to prevent tripping and fall, and if the symptoms persist consult your otolaryngologist and let them run some test mentioned above to find out further whats causing this congestion and dizziness.

any ideas on slight swelling under armpit with this all labs came back good
