Suggest Treatment For Head Injury
Question: My Baby hit his head on wooden table corner and started bleeding. After 1 minute bleeding stopped and I put some antisepticand bandage. He is fine now but small cut is there. Should I visit doctor. It happened 24 hrs before. He is fine in all sense only cut is there.

Sorry to hear about the injury. The little fellow must have been through pain.
Injury to the head is a thing to concern about. Particularly because some times there may be internal injuries which takes time to manifest.
As for the cut injury dont worry much, just apply antiseptic and it will be all right. Syr crocin 5 ml will decrease the pain. Give 5ml if there is pain and can be repeated for 2 days. Baby may develop black eye which will go away in no time and there is nothing to worry.
But for the hidden internal injuries the only thing you have to do is monitor the child for danger signs for 48 hours.
Danger signs are - unconscious or disorientation developing over time.
convulsion
very irritable and not taking feeds.
repeated vomiting
bleeding from nose or ear
If any of the sign is there urgently consult a doctor and CT scan brain has to be done.If nothing is there in 48 hours you dont need to worry.
