Question: I have seveere gastric, when I sitting in office i have severe hedache due to gas problem. Kindly suggest

Severe gastritis and headache is due to irregular food intake. I would suggest you to eat small regular meals and in between snack regularly. Eat fresh fruits and vegetables. Drink plenty of water and juices. Avoid oily or spicy food.
You can take tab. pantop 40 mg once daily or twice daily if it is sever half an hour before food. Have lots of curds and buttermilk.
For headache, you can take tab. dolo 650 mg maximum 4 times a day or tab. ibuprofen XXXXXXX 2 times a day.
In case your symptoms persists or worsens it is best to meet your physician for a detailed examination and treatment.
