Brief Answer:
First rule out Chronic Sinusitis. Nasal examination, plain CT PNS Scan.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Thank you for your query.

1. With these symptoms, the first condition to rule out is Chronic Sinusitis, especially if you have nasal symptoms.

2. A plain CT PNS (Para Nasal Sinuses) Scan with 1 mm coronal, axial and sagittal cuts will settle this issue.

3. Since you have drowsiness and giddiness, get your ears checked and get a Neurologist's opinion, besides a general check-up if the CT Scan is within normal limits. Middle ear pressure can also be checked by a tympanogram (impedance Audiogram). Rule out gastritis (acidity).

4. Upload these examination results and test reports for further treatment advice.

5. In the meanwhile, a non-sedating anti-allergic (such as fexofenadine) and anti inflammatory (such as Disperzyme) along with steam inhalation will help.

Hope I have answered your query. If you have any follow up queries, I will be available to answer them.

Regards.
