Suggest Treatment For Headache And Hyperacidity

Question: I have been not able to get sound sleep since a month or so.
I get headaches during the day and feel weak accompanied by Hyper acidity.
Kindly Advice.

Remedies to get good sleep
Have food and water 2hrs before sleep
Keep your bedroom well ventilated and without bright light in the night
read book and listen to light music
Do not watch Tv before sleeping
keep your body hydrated
Do meditation, yoga
Go for walk or any physical activity to get sound sleep

For headache
Stay relaxed
if pain is sever take pain killers like Tab Ibubrofen or Tab Paracetamol.

For Hyper acidity
Stress is one of the factor.. so stay relaxed
Have bland diet. try to avoid spicy diet as much as possible
You Can take Digene Syrup 1 spoon before food
Drink plenty of water
