Suggest Treatment For Headache And Pain In The Right Shoulder
Question: Hi, over the past couple of years I have had gradual pain on and off first rooting in between my right shoulder blade and spine and now it's ONLY at the base of my skull. My neck makes a light grinding noise when I turn it and I have so much tightness and headaches that stem from deep at the base of my skull that seem to only Improve if I stick to a strict posture. The headaches feel like tension headaches. I feel like I'm only treating symptoms and not getting to the problem, any idea what it could be? Neck mobility seems fine and the grinding causes no pain. It's mainly the tension and headaches that affect me, there isn't much pain at the base of my skull just so much tension that takes over my whole head into my eyes and forehead.
