I read your question and i understand your concern. Stuffed nose, sinuses congestion, headache altogether indicate sinusitis. Saline wash and irrigation is part of helpful management but alone may not help. Sinusitis usually needs antibiotics, decongestants, nasal corticosteroids, some pain killers like advil and supportive home remedies like warm comforting beverages , green or herbal tea mixed with honey. Rest adequately, take more fluids and hope for the best.
