Brief Answer:
She should try with home remedies

Detailed Answer:
Hi and thanks for your query.

During pregnancy headache is common ,for this reason she should try to prevent or relieve headaches during pregnancy without taking medication.
She should start with simple prevention tips:

Avoid headache triggers(meals, activities ).
Include physical activity in her daily routine.
Manage stress.
Practice relaxation techniques.
Eat smaller, more-frequent meals throughout the day.
Drink plenty of fluids.
Follow a regular sleep schedule.

When a headache strikes:
Rest.
She should lie down in a dark, quiet room with her eyes closed.
Use a compress.
She should apply a warm compress (such as a hot towel) in her face, eyes and temples — or she should try a cold compress on the back of her neck.
Try massage.
Massage her shoulders and neck to relieve .
In the end she can use pain -killers like paracetamol or ibuprofen.

If all these tips do not relieve her pain she should consult with her doctor .

All the best
