Suggest Treatment For Headache Post Suffering A Concussion
No need to worry much more than necessary.
Detailed Answer:
Hello and thanks for using HealthcareMagic.
I have read your question and understand your concerns.
First, the condition of six months ago was traumatic brain injury, not only concussion.
However, since 6 months passed, the first damage is considered to be healed and has nothing or too little to do with the last head injury.
I don't think you need to worry much more than necessary about the last episode since you didn't experience any signs of brain dysfunction such loss of consciousness, amnesia, nausea or vomiting, lethargy, vision issues, etc.
Just rest for a couple of days, use Tylenol or Ibuprofen in case of mild headaches.
I don't think CT scan is necessary at this moment.
In case you notice any of above-mentioned symptoms, then get a medical evaluation and CT scan of the head.
Hope you found the answer helpful. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Take care.
Minor bump.
Detailed Answer:
Welcome back.
Since there are no symptoms there is no concussion or brain injury ( clinically speaking ), it is considered as a minor bump.
By now, the possibility of another concussion is similar to normal people.
Taste and smell should return with time since there is some improvement.
Hope I helped you.
Take care.
