Headache can occur due to many reasons. It could be due to:
* Day to day anxiety
* Sleeplessness
* Fever and viral infections which one does not need to be concerned about
* Severe and life threatening infections like meningitis
* Eye strain and alteration in power of glasses
* Sinusitis
* Malignant malaria
* Raised blood pressure
* Migraine
* Brain tumor

I would therefore require more details about your headache, when it started, how severe it was and the triggering or relieving factors, if any.

Taking paracetamol or naproxen should provide relief from the episodes of headache.
