Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thank you for asking HealthcareMagic.
I carefully read your question and understand your concern.
Generally, acidity, headaches, and dizziness are not related. The only condition that could cause them all at the same time is a viral infection which might also affect your stomach and as usually cause general symptoms like a headache and dizziness.
If these symptoms have been there for less than 10 days than this is very likely the cause.
In this case, I would recommend you to take something to help with acidity like omeprazole for a few days, eat regular meals, generally frequent small meals are recommended to reduce acid reflux, avoiding fatty, fried and spicy food helps also.
If you have these symptoms for a longer time than I would recommend you to see a doctor. Rare conditions might be considered like stomach problems (ulcer disease) with bleeding which might cause acidity and also headaches and dizziness if bleeding for a while. In that case, your stools would be dark black.
So to conclude I would suggest:
1. If the symptoms are for a few days, please take antacids like cap Omeprazole 20mg once daily and for headache, painkillers like Paracetamol after food as it might hurt the stomach.
2. If symptoms for more than 10 days and especially if your stools are dark black then you will need to have some test done to rule out anemia and peptic ulcer of the stomach. Sometimes a gastroscopy is needed in these cases (a test that consists of a tube and camera that go in the stomach through the mouth)
3. Stopping smoking(if at all do) and alcohol (if consumed) is advisable to help with acid problems and a diet with fruit and vegetables and having regular small meals.
I hope this is helpful and answers your question but please feel free to write back if any more clarifications are needed regarding.
Kind regards
