Suggest Treatment For Headaches And Heaviness In Eyes
My basic blood tests such as cholesterol are normal. No diabetes...however vitamin d is 6. B12 is normal. Blood pressure is 125/ 80. After standing up, it might variate.
When i lie down or take quick 5 min nap, it goes away for 5-10 mins and then comes back again. I also play badminton everyday and burn around 600+ calories. After playing i sometimes feel better maybe because of fast blood circulation?
Back in the days, l used to be fine in the evening but now, I feel like this all the time. I am looking for real diagnosis and would really appreciate if someone can help me out. I know i have to go to an MD physician and get diagnosed but before that I just want to be certain.
Even low vitamin D causes excess fatigue.
Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thank you for asking HCM
I have gone through your query. Vitamin D level of 6 is very low. Such low vitamin D level can also cause excessive fatigue. So taking vitamin D supplements is advised. Megadoses of vitamin D3 for initial week followed by regular doses will help to normalize this.
As you feel well after lying down a benign paroxysmal positional vertigo (BPPV) can also be suspected. a consultation with ENT specilist should be done to rule out this. Taking antivertigo medications like meclizine or betahistine for short term will improve this case. ENT specialist also rule out central vertigo which is caused by brain. In case of any signs of that a CT or MRI will be advised also.
ECG also should be taken to rule out any Dysrrhythmias. Echocardiography will be needed in case of any inconsistency.
Do you have any neck problems like pain or stiffness in neck?
Let me know if anything not clear.
I am happy to help you.
Thanks.
