Question: Mild headache at back of head for over a week. Loose stools. Headache possibly associated with fibromyalgia in shoulders and neck?

I read your question carefully and I understand your concern.

Fibromyalgia may certainly manifest with such pain, so if you are known to suffer from fibromyalgia it is a possibility.

Other causes should also be considered though. Blood pressure fluctuation may also manifest with such pain in the back of the head, so you should perform some measurements to make sure that is not the cause.

Tension type headache is another possible cause, it is the most common cause of headache, commonly triggered by stress and anxiety. Usually relieved by over the counter painkillers like Ibuprofen but in some chronic cases preventive treatment with amitriptyline is used.
