Detailed Answer:
Hello!

Welcome and thank you for asking on HCM!

I would like to know your actual blood pressure values. Uncontrolled high blood pressure can lead to your symptomatology.

If your blood pressure values are normal, I would recommend consulting with your attending physician for a physical exam and some tests:

- a sinus X ray study for possible sinus infection
- complete blood count
- PCR, ESR for inflammation
- blood electrolytes for possible imbalance
- kidney and liver function tests.

But, if your blood pressure is high, I recommend going to the ER.

Meanwhile, if your blood pressure values are not too high, I recommend taking omeprazole 20mg and metoclopramide 10 mg to help relive your symptoms.

Hope to have been helpful!

Kind regards,

Dr. Iliri
