Suggest Treatment For Headaches And Sinus Congestion

Question: Hi, i have had a headache that is behind my left ear for the past 3 weeks or so - one and off. At times it feels like there is fluid in my ears but I don't have a cold or sinus congestion. Also have sore gums from time to time. Any thoughts on what it might be?
