Detailed Answer:
Hello!

Welcome on HCM!

I understand your concern and would like to explain that your clinical scenario seems likely to be related to a possible tachyarrhythmia.

In such case, if your symptoms (palpitations and coughing), it would be more prudent to ask medical assistance to the nearest ER service in your living area.

A resting ECG; dynamic blood pressure and rhythm monitoring coupled with additional blood tests are necessary to clarify this clinical scenario.

Hope to have been helpful to you!

In case of any further uncertainties feel free to ask me again.

Kind regatds,

Dr. Iliri
