Suggest Treatment For Heart Palpitations
Question: when should someone go to er for heart palpitations (skipped heart beats) and when are pvcs dangerous or worrisome? I am a 27 year old female with history of pvcs, pacs, and svt which I had an ablation for in 2006.

As a general rule Pvcs, Pacs and SVT aren't life threatening arhythmias, but they can cause you feel weak, fatigue, palpitations, dyspnea, chest discomfort, etc.
A person should go to ER immeditely if he experienced dyspnea or chest discomfort. Also he or she should go every time he feels that these symptoms are becoming worse that ever before.
