Brief Answer:
Palpitations.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for query.

Palpitations make you feel like your heart is beating too hard or too fast, skipping a beat, or fluttering. You may notice heart palpitations in your chest, throat, or neck. palpitations can affect anyone with anxiety. They're both a symptom and a cause, and are more common in those that suffer from anxiety attacks.

some tests that are suggested-
24 hour holter monitoring. It will keep a record of your heartbeats for a period of 24 hours.
Any fault in beats would be recorded in it.

2 d echo- To see the cardiac functions.

Once the natureof beats would be ruled out treatment would be given accordingly.

Thanks!
