Brief Answer:
This is normal following a stressful scenario!

Detailed Answer:
Hi and thank you so much for this query.

I am so sorry to hear about these symptoms that you have reported. I have reviewed your information fully and this is not uncommon following a stressful situation. To cope with stress, we secrete higher amounts of hormones especially steroids. Steroids are aggressive to the stomach lining by decreasing the protective coating. This explains why you had the heart burns and the adrenaline surge explains the light headache and dizziness.

In all, this is not uncommon following a stressful scenario. There is no need for further worries. Monitor only and only seek further advice if something else happens. Above all, try not to get upset as it never helps.

I hope this helps. I wish you well. Thanks for using our services and feel free to ask for more information and clarifications if need be.
