Suggest Treatment For Heat Boils On Forehead
Adapalene and clindamycin gel
Detailed Answer:
Hello sir and welcome.
Thank you for writing to us.
I have gone through your query and attached image with diligence and would be more than happy to help you sir.
The attached image does show multiple boils (appearing to be heat boils), but they do not really look infected. If you do not mind sir, could you please also follow the below instructions for your father.
- Is he a vegetarian or non-vegetarian? If at all he is a non-vegetarian, please request him to avoid red meat (mutton and beef) for a while
-Drink plenty of milk and water
-Drink and eat items that are cooling (eg. fruits, etc.)
-You could purchase an over-the-counter ointment called faceclin-A (adapalene and clindamycin). To be applied on the boils after cleaning the face with water and a mild soap
I would still be more comfortable if he would visit a doctor in person sir, as a physical examination is best in such cases. But please do try all my above listed suggestions. I hope you find my response helpful sir. Please feel free to write back to me for any further clarifications, I would be more than happy to help you.
Best wishes.

Unfortunately no tablets for such a presentation
Detailed Answer:
Hello once again sir.
Unfortunately there are no tablets for such a condition unless his boils have been infected and require the oral route to treat.
As for the mangoes, yes please avoid mangoes as much as possible. They along with beef and mutton can result in such heat boils.
For now, you could follow my previous instructions and also initiate the application of the gel I previously prescribed sir. I am sure he will get better soon.
Best wishes.
