Brief Answer:
There are several standard features

Detailed Answer:
these are pretty typical reactions to marijuana. There are a few typical things it does. There are the psychological effects. And it irrittes the respiratory tract. One can get a sinusitis from it.
Then.... the worrisome part is that you don't seem to have a good response to it, but it seems you use it anyway. This would indicate an addiction process --using a drug when you are being harmed by it.
a reason for therapy.

The odd part is that the marijuana wears off pretty fast. It's psychological effects wear off certainly within a few days. On the other hand, if someone has either irritation or infection of the sinuses, that can stay. It is very eaasily treated however.

the thing doc. is that I am new to smoking, I did it only for 1 week straight then stopped because I noticed it isn't for me. my last time doing it was on March 2nd and ever since that I have been feeling weird and those are the symptoms I've been dealing with... what do you recommend? would I stay like this for ever? and what type of therapy should I do...

Brief Answer:
ok... so not addiction

Detailed Answer:
that's a lmited exposure. First a regular doctor visit to check for respiratory irritation which is a mild problem but often needs treatment with antibiotics and respiratory drugs like decongestants, or mild asthma drug therapy.

It's common for people to be upset by exposure to marijuana. There's the standard bad trip and there's slightly longer lasting anxiety about it that can happen. We are not discussing psychosis or schizophrenia because if someone has insight into the stination, they don't have serious issues. These symptoms you are mentioning do not seem serious and are likely (very likely) to fade with time. Maybe antidepressants w. anti-anxiety meds but personally I'd recommend cognitive behavioral therapy (basically, reassurance).
