Brief Answer:
Can be due to low levels of calcium.

Detailed Answer:

Hello,

The achy legs from knee down to the feet at your age can be due to low levels of calcium, muscle pain due to disturbed electrolyte levels or Methylcobalamin or L-Carnitine deficiency.

This can be related to fatigue and muscle spasms also. You need to start with proper supplements after a few related blood tests. Till then start with Tylenol double strength after meals with calcium supplements, rest the legs and hot compress the painful area.

I hope this answers your query. Wishing you good health.
