Question: I am 45 yrs old I got my period on 4/28. It lasted three days. It was a heavy period and then on Monday the 5/1 it stopped. Usually my period lasts 5/6 days. My pad has nothing on it. However now for the past two days, after I pee and wipe, I see very light pink on the toilet paper. Could it be that I didn't completely finish my period??? Could it be a change in my cycle?? I have a appt with my GYN on 5/8. Should I be concerned to make it sooner??

Brief Answer:
Mild hormonal change.

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear,
Thanks for trusting us with your health concern.

This can be due to a mild hormonal change. The pinkish discharge will gradually stop on its own.

No need to worry. You can discuss this with your gynecologist on your next visit on 5/8.

Please feel free to discuss further. I will be glad to answer the follow-up queries that you have.
Wishing you good health.

Regards.
