Suggest Treatment For Heavy Vaginal Bleeding

Due to thick uterine lining
Detailed Answer:
Hi dear,
I have gone through your question and understand the concerns.
Irregular bleeding can be due to hormonal issues especially hypothyroidism or polycystic ovarian disease.
In these situations, there is no or delayed ovulation leading to no or delayed periods.
When one has periods after a prolonged amenorrhea, then there is excessive bleeding because a lot of uterine lining has accumulated and gets shed in that period due to hormonal disturbances.
To control the bleeding, you can take tranexemic acid tablets to decrease the flow of bleeding.
There is nothing to worry apart from that.
Hope you found the answer helpful.

Do you think there is something were missing?? Is there something i should ask my dr next time i see her? Is there something else i need to ask her to check for- or check and make sure shes looked for? Most girls dont mind not having a period, i understand that. I dont like it either, however, its the fact we dont have answers after YEARS of this, being able to have a kid, and then suffering a miscarriage last year. Just worried.
Not a sign of cancer
Detailed Answer:
Hi dear,
Not having periods regularly is absolutely not a sign of cancer.
Please tell whether you have got investigations for tuberculosis, serum FSH, LH, prolactin, cortisol levels done and 24 hours urinary cortisol levels done, so that I can help you better.
