Hello,
I have studied your case. Most common cause of heel pain is planter fasciitis. In this condition there is swelling and inflammation of planter fat. it cauaes more pain when some one get up from sleep or long sitting. I have following suggestions for you.
1.Avoid walking bare foot. wear soft footwear or sillicone insoles.
2.Hot water fomentation
3.calf stretching exercises.
4. injection steroid can be used if pain is not controlled by medicines.

Hello,
There are many causes and most common cause is prolong standing. Also barefoot walking or hard shoes can also contribute. Sometime there is no obvious cause. It is more common in obese , females . Diabetic or Thyroid patient.
