Brief Answer:
Please give details and post actual photographs.

Detailed Answer:
Hi.
Thanks for your query.
Noted the history, albeit short and specific.
Please give few more details for me to assist you better:

When was the blood drawn/ hematoma occurred?
How large is the hematoma?
Is there pain or any other symptoms?
Please post clear and focused pictures as these help.

If the hematoma is more than 6 hours old,, I would advise you the following:
Stop touching or fondling the hematoma, give it time to resolve and be re-absorbed on its own.
If there is swelling around with discoloration and pain, please take an anti-inflammatory like Ibuprofen or anything that suits you.
Wait and watch policy.
Rest of the advised after I get your feedback and photos.
Awaiting.

Brief Answer:
Take medications as suggested below.

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for your feedback.
You may please take Ibuprofen is it suits you to reduce the pain and swelling.
This will also help to reduce the edema/inflammation one gets.
Icing helps for the first 6 hours of incidence.
Try to give rest to the affected part/area.
Take Multivitamins with Lycopene as it helps as anti-oxidants.

Please visit a Doctor and get a proper prescription based medications.

If you are getting recurrent hematomas, it is worthwhile that you ask for blood tests, and coagulation profile like bleeding time, clotting time, prothrombine time and other tests to know whether there is a any hematological disorder.
