Question: Hi. I think I have hemorriods. Can I upload a photo ? Or is That too personal?

Yes, you have hemorrhoids for sure. You may have bleeding and itching with this condition.
Hemorrhoids are caused by constipation, pushing hard on stool, bad diet or during pregnancy.
Once hemorrhoids appear, can not disappear with medicines. Only surgery can cure them completely. However you may improve hemorrhoids condition. TO do that please follow this steps:
- increase fiber rich products and mineral water intake
- do not push hard on stool
- start probiotic intake
- wash your rectum after every stool
- have OTC suppositories for hemorrhoids for 7 days

This should help with hemorrhoid. If you decide to have them removed, consult general surgeon.

Thank you so much. I had bleeding yesterday and scared me. Until I took these pictures and realized I must have hemorriods but I wasn't sure. Thank u
