Brief Answer:
Worm infestation

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for the query.
I understand your concern.
Hemorrhoids can present with pain, bleeding and itching.
As you are having only itching with discharge, the other possibilities to be ruled out are worm infestation like pin worm, undiagnosed small fistula, vaginal discharge mistaken for anal discharge etc.
By clinical examination the exact cause of the problem can be identified and treated.
So, please do consult your doctor and get examined, if needed take the support of ultrasound to rule out internal issues. Stool microscopic examination helps in finding the possibility of worms.
Check for hemoglobin and blood sugar levels estimation also to rule out provoking factors.
Antihelmenthic drugs and anti allergic drugs can help in decreasing itching due to worm infestation. If any other problem is found to be cause, treatment can be taken accordingly.
Take care.
