I have gone through your query. For piles ( haemorrhoids) you can take stool softeners. Stool softeners like lactulose or sorbitol can be taken at bed time. Natural alternative like dried prunes and prune juices are helpful also. Take plenty of plain water daily. Refined food should be avoided maximum and take fiber rich foods like whole grain foods , vegetable salads and fresh fruits. These foods also helps in weight loss. Limit coffee as it can increases constipation and worsen piles.
Do you feel bulging outside anus?
Is it reducing (gong in) or always protruded out?
Do you have bleeding or excess pain?
Sits baths will be helpful. This you can do after each bowel movement. Before passing stools also you can pour warm water on anal sphincter to make it relaxed.
You can also use over the counter (OTC) haemorrhoid creams. Proctosedyl ( hydrocortisone and cinchocaine) is available as OTC.

Excess intake of cinnamon can cause constipation and there by worsen piles (haemorrhoids). When you use excess with coffee it will worsen more. So use in limited amounts. Avoid completely till your piles resolves.

Your Ideal weight should be height in centimetre minus 100 plus or minus 5. If it is above this level you can do measures to loose weight gradually. Loose more weight at once is not advised as it is not good for your internal organs and also it won't stay constant.
-Avoid junk foods , chips ,sweets , ice creams , cakes soft drinks etc as they are filled with high content of sugar and bad fats.
-Take plenty of plain water daily.
-Take whole grain foods like whole wheat , oats , rye bread , brown rice etc instead of refined foods like white bread , white rice etc.
-You can use whole boiled eggs in limitation like 1 per day preferably during break fast.
-Add vegetable salads & fresh fruits in your diet.
- Use lean meat , chicken breast or fish instead of fatty meat.
-Dairy products- avoid whole milk and use skimmed low fat milk and skimmed curd.
-Exercise at least 1 hour daily. You can do jogging or swimming or skipping for this.
-Make your dinner early and make sure it is with low calories.
These all measures helps in gradual weight loss.
