Suggest Treatment For Hepatitis-B

Question: Hi - I had donated blood in a blood donation camp organised in our office around 3 months back. 2 days before I got a call from the blood bank informing me that I have Hepatitis B(HBsHG something) positive. I got my test done for Hepatitis B. My reading is 11(ELISA) while the normal reference range is around 0.9. As far as symptoms are concerned, I have been suffering from IBS due to which I often feel irritation in the stomach after having a meal( not regularly not very often). Apart from this, I get rashes in the whole body whenever my body heats up which goes away when I body cools down. There is nothing else that I am seeing currently. Please provide your opinion.
Brief Answer:
Opinion on which health-issue?
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
From your history I can conclude that you were recently diagnosed Hepatitis-B positive. You also have symptoms of IBS and you develop rashes during heat.
Do you have taken vaccination for Hepatitis-B before this blood donation?
Please suggest me to provide you guidance on which condition, out of these 3 health-related issues?

Brief Answer:
Need vaccination + Immunoglobulins
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
1)In absence of vaccination if HbsAg antigen test and Anti-HbsAb antibody test both come positive, it confirms the presence of Hepatitis-B virus in body
2) Protocol is that once you diagnose as a new case of Hepatitis-B infection then you need to take immunoglobulins + Hepatitis-B vaccine.
3) Immunoglobulin is antibodies, which provide immediate action against virus already present in body
4) Hepatitis-B vaccine is for long-term protection from any accidental exposures to Hepatitis-B viruses.
5) You must consult infectious disease specialist to start post-exposure protocol treatment for Hepatits-B infection. (Immunoglobulin must be taken within specific period of time from infection)
