Brief Answer:
Either candidal infection or herpes virus infection

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Welcome to healthcaremagic
I have seen the uploaded photographs and according to me there are two possibilities; either candidal infection or herpes virus infection. I need to ask you few questions before confirming the diagnosis.
Are you sexually active? If yes is your partner having any history of discharge or erosions on the genitilia?
Are you having fever, bodyaches or any other systemic complaint?
Is this the first episode?
Are you having itching?
Did you notice any blisters prior to the erosions?
I'll be waiting for the reply.
Regards
Dr Asmeet

Brief Answer:
Most probably herpetic infection

Detailed Answer:
According to your history it is probably herpes virus infection. You should wash this area with plain water, avoid using soap and apply topical antibiotic over it. Besides this consider taking tablet acyclovir for this infection.

Brief Answer:
Candidal infection is the other possibility

Detailed Answer:
So other possibility is candidal infection. I recommend you to use onabet B cream over the affected area twice daily and take tablet fluconazole 150 mg twice weekly for 2 weeks and then revert back. Most probably it will resolve otherwise we will have to consider certain other tests like biopsy.
