Suggest Treatment For Herpes

Question: I was diagnosed with genital herpes two months ago and scabies three weeks ago. I have done two permethrin treatments one week apart. The itch is gone for the most part excluding in my genital area. It's almost like a pain itch. My dermatologist said it can't be anywhere but on the skin so no mucus membranes. He's on vacation this next week and I want some answer. What does this look like?

I have gone through the details and photo.
The lesions in the area appears to be due to herpes or folliculitis.It is unlikely due to scabies.
I would have suggested following:
- A course of antiviral for herpes
-Clean the area with warm water twice daily .
-Application of topical antibiotic like mupirocin.
- Analgesic like brufen.
- Antihistamines like cetrizine.
