Does that mean that I can give someone herpes if I have sex with them?
Can I still catch genitalia herpes?
Can It spread to my genitals?

The virus is also present in the crusts formed after the drying up of the lesions. The only way the virus could spread is through contamination from the lesions. So, you need to handle the lesions carefully. If proper precautions are maintained it is unlikely to spread to your genitalia. However, usually a different strain of the virus causes genital herpes and so the matter is rather distinct. Unless you have genital herpes you cannot give genital herpes to a person you have sex with. Nevertheless you can give herpes to that person through contamination with the virus laden fluid of the herpetic lesions. After the crusts fall off completely there is no further risk.
