Brief Answer:
Though very rare, possible. Do visit your doctor

Detailed Answer:
Sir, I am Dr. Mody, practising cardiologist in XXXXXXX

Two important parameters
1) what's your pressure right now, and what blood pressure you always used to have
2)what are other signs and symptoms apart from ear bleed.

Though rare, it is possible, though mostly it's bleeding from nose (epistaxis) which occurs due to high blood pressure.
Ear symptoms may be pain, ringing of the ears, dizziness.
Still all these may be precursor of stroke or brain hemorrhage.
Sir, I don't want to sound alarming, still in medicine prevention is always better than cure.
A visit to a doctor where he can safely decrease your blood pressure and find the cause is better.
