Suggest Treatment For High BP, High Fever And Frequent Urination

Question: we are based in XXXXXXX where the weather is very cold.
my 74 year old father takes minipress xl 2.5 in the morning and losartan 25 in the evening for hypertension for last several years.
Normally his Bp is well controlled but since last few days it is ranging around 160+/85+.He has increased
He was also down with high fever (around 103 degrees) around more than a week back and was prescribed taxim -o and clarion for the same. His fever reduced but now he is suffering from frequent urination and high Bp and a lot of weakness. He also tried taking losartan 25 in the afternoon apart from the regular dose at night, but it did not help.
Please suggest urgently what to do?

Brief Answer:
There is a need to increase both Minipress xl and losartan doses
Detailed Answer:
Dear Mrs,
Try to give him Minipress xl 5 mg in the morning and 50mg Losartan in the evening, if it doesn't help in two days, there will be a need for further increase in losartan dose.
He should cut the amount of salt intake.
Don't worry for weakness, it will disappear gradually.
Wishing a good health to your father

Thanks for your advice. But what do you advise related about frequent urination (once every hour). This is making him feel more weak.
Brief Answer:
Welcome back
Detailed Answer:
Dear Mrs,
Frequent urination may be a result of infection. There is a need for urine analyses to find out the cause.
Take care
