Brief Answer:
BP is very high.

Detailed Answer:
Thank you for getting back.

The BP is very high. There is a higher risk of brain stroke including bleeding in brain with high BP and smoking.

Please ask the radiologist to give a report about the CT scan and upload it here.

Regarding chest pain, please get an ECG done to rule out heart attack.

Best wishes,

Brief Answer:
CT scan shows infarct.

Detailed Answer:
Thank you for getting back with CT scan and ECG reports.

I have seen both the reports.

CT scan of brain shows infarct (blood clots), where the blood supply has reduced on right side of brain. This can cause weakness of arm and leg.

Treatment should include aspirin and rosuvastatin tablets to prevent further strokes. In addition, his BP should be treated and brought to normal level.

He should be asked to stop smoking and drinking.

His ECG appears within normal limits.

Best wishes,
