Question: His bp went up 270/130, he vommitted and complained chest pain. this is the CT of brain.

I have seen both the reports.
CT scan of brain shows infarct (blood clots), where the blood supply has reduced on right side of brain. This can cause weakness of arm and leg.
Treatment should include aspirin and rosuvastatin tablets to prevent further strokes. In addition, his BP should be treated and brought to normal level.
He should be asked to stop smoking and drinking.
His ECG appears within normal limits.
