Brief Answer:
Get an ambulatory BP monitoring

Detailed Answer:
With medicines you are taking this pressure looks definately high. At your risk profile you should have BP target of 135/85mmHg or atleast 140/90mmHg. Hope you had work up to rule out secondary hypertension. If the work up was done found to be normal than get ABPM done and if it shows normal BP than you can continue same medicines. If your ambulatory BP is also abnormal you need modification of treatment based on results. That is best way to go about.
