Brief Answer:
Relaxation and watching blood pressure closely

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for asking.

I am Dr. Prakash HM and I will be answering your query.
Based on your query, my opinion is as follows:

1. Need to relax. You can take one additional dose of lorazepam for relaxation.
2. Your systolic is mainly rising, reduce anxiety and stress.
3. As you are not on antihypertensive medication, do not start any unless it goes above 180/110. If it goes above it, you will need to go to ER.
4. Slow Deep breathing and listening to music and meditation could help.
5. Watch out for any weakness, blurred vision, slurred speech, if any - go to ER.

Presently due to stress. Take light diet and adequate water.

Hope it helps. Any further queries, happy to help again.
