Brief Answer:
essential hypertension

Detailed Answer:
hi XXXXXXX
welcome to health care magic.
you seem to have a developed Essential hypertension. Your constantly elevated blood pressure readings suggest that you require medication as you have already tried diet restriction and exercise for some time. It is also important to undergo routine blood tests, ECG and Ultrasound abdomen to rule out any secondary causes of hypertension. For that, i would recommend you to consult a physician. Mean while, reduce the salt intake and continue exercising. All the best.
