Brief Answer:
No need to worry at all.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
I have gone through your question.
I can understand your concern regarding your reports. MCH means mean corpuscle hemoglobin. Its value is slightly high but no need to concern. It is seen in many normal person without any problems. Same way MCHC means mean corpuscles hemoglobin concentration. It is slightly low. But with high MCH it doesn't need to concern. MPV suggest mean platelet volume. It is slightly high but with normal platelet count its of no significance. Overall finding suggest no remarkable pathology. So just be relaxed. Please send me your other reports if any significant changes are there. Otherwise you are perfectly ok.
Hope I have answered your questions. If you have any doubts then feel free to ask me.
I will be happy to answer.
