Brief Answer:
may need synthroid

Detailed Answer:
HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

You may need to use the synthroid , the doctor may start at the 25mg or 50 mg strength. Your TSH is above the normal range which indicates that the level of the thyroid hormone is lower that it should be.

TSH is released in the brain and causes the thyroid gland in the neck to make thyroid hormone. When the thyroid hormone levels are sufficient they normally send a message back to the brain to tell it to stop releasing any more TSH.
This is the reason low thyroid hormone levels cause increases in TSH- the brain isn't getting the message to stop releasing it.

In terms of your cholesterol values, a statin such as crestor would help to improve them. At the moment
(1) your triglycerides are in the high range (200-499)
(2)your total cholesterol is also in the high range ( >240)
(3)Your LDL is also high (160-189)
(4)HDL is too low- it is preferred if a a female has a HDL of greater than 50

Your weight is good so it may be inherited/family issues that are causing your high values.

Your BUN/creatinine ratio is 21.1 (28 divided by 1.32). When it is in this range, it sometimes indicates mild dehydration.

I hope this helps, feel free to ask any other questions
